Projects

The LPC ball diamonds have been an ongoing project for the LPC Lions for many many years. Recently, the grounds were updated with better batting boxes, pitchers mound and some much-needed TLC.

Little Free Libraries builds community, inspires readers, and expands book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led little libraries.

Through Little Free Library book exchanges, millions of books are exchanged each year, profoundly increasing access to books for readers of all ages and backgrounds.

The Gazebo is a project the Lions completed. It provides a break for riders traversing the Cedar Valley Nature Trail between Waterloo and Cedar Rapids.

Scholarships

The LPC Lions provide scholarships to 4 students every year. The Rolland Memorial Scholarship recognizes a student that is family of a Lions Club member and/or an outstanding student at Union High School.
