Community Sign

Lion LeBahn approached the Lions Club Board with a proposal
to get a community sign up and running for organizations to
post events and/or businesses to market/advertise on. The
board decided to push forward with the project.

A community sign committee has been assembled to address
location, fundraising, and the management of content to be
posted on the sign.

Initial thoughts are to put the sign in front of the nursing
home so it will be seen by people from out of town, as well
as “the-in-towners”.

Again, there will be fundraising needed to able to purchase
and install the sign. The committee is looking for donations
as well as submitting grants to the casino to get it
financed. Additional questions or comments can be directed
to Lion Lane LeBahn @ 319-239-5429.
