LPC Lions Polos

Again, the board decided to move forward with LPC Lions shirts. The shirts will better identify Lions members at events and also promote our club. At the next meeting on the 17th, we will have a sign-up sheet available. The cost of the shirt is $25. Payment will be due at the time of you placing your order. If you cannot be present at one of the meetings, called Lion Mehlert – 319-342-3121

Community Sign

The committee for the community sign continues to meet and discuss ideas and plans. As a reminder, the new sign will be funded through fundraising efforts. A minimum 50% commitment is needed to get a grant from the Isle, which is part of the fundraising efforts. For questions on the community sign, please see Lion Lane LeBahn @ 319-239-5429.

Membership

As we continue to serve our community, one of the ways we can do that, is to continue to grow our club. So I ask you, and challenge you to think of new people that you can introduce to the Lions Club. Bring them to a meeting, encourage them to join. Who will you bring?
